Covid19 Hygiene Policy

Innovations Catering is working to serve the community

Our Health and Safety measures to ensure safe home delivery service.

Updated 23rd March 2020

Whilst we have always taken health and hygiene seriously, with the current spread of Covid-19 in our environment, we find ourselves taking every precaution necessary.

Although there is currently no evidence that food is a source of transmission for Covid-19 we have updated our health and hygiene procedures to meet these requirements.

None of our staff have had to self isolate as a result of traveling overseas or interstate, however we will be ensuring that all of our staff are temperature tested as they arrive for their shifts at work.

We will also make sure that our staff and premises are sanitised continuously throughout the day, as the core of our business has always been to service our clients to the best of our ability.

There is no doubt the next few months will be a challenging time for us all. Nevertheless this will be our main focus while trying to support the Innovations family and their families.

We do appreciate your continued trust and support towards our catering business. For your convenience we have added chef made meals to help during these times. This menu consists of single serve meals – ideal for avoiding contact when catering for groups. They are great for staff in offices who don’t want to visit cafes or restaurants and small group meetings. Purchases come in packs of 2+.

These individual portions also come in family dinner meals. Free delivery is available to those who live or work within a 5km radius from the CBD. Please see the full terms on our website via our catering menus.

Conveniently order your meals online, freeze them and have a dinner ready for every night of the week.

We welcome any feedback you can provide us that will help to assist us in offering you the best service we currently can. Chat to us over the phone 9388 7117 or send us an email.

Let’s come together as a community and support one another by being vigilant with our own actions. By respecting the procedures that have been put in place, so we can overcome this.
