Throughout his 40+ year career, Bob has worked in prestigious venues around the world. The Ritz in London. Quay in Sydney. Alinea in Chicago. He also created outstanding food in settings as diverse as Inverlochy Castle in Scotland, on board the QE2, and at the Sheraton Mirage Resort in Port Douglas before acquiring Innovations Catering in 2004.
Our quality was recognised by The Catering Institute of Australia when we were runner-up for the External Venue Caterer Gold Plate Award. The Gold Plate Awards provides professional recognition for quality and enables the Catering Institute of Australia to encourage and reward excellence. An independent panel of unidentified judges assessed each function with 150 points over ten categories. While we don’t know the judges, we do know that they liked what we did.
