Kilburn Hall
This large grand function room is an ideal venue for weddings, charity balls and special celebrations. The space includes a dance floor, built in jarrah stage, with optional chandelier and drapes and access to an adjoining bar lounge. The space includes access to the balcony with Perth city views. The venue has two catering kitchens available for your caterer, and offers an events manager to help you with your event. Furniture such as banquet tables, cocktail tables, trestles and chairs are conveniently included in the hire. The venue caters for 200 people for a banquet reception & 300 people for a cocktail reception.
Col Taylor Lounge
This lounge area is perfect for smaller events and meetings like Christmas parties, corporate events, training, networking events and sundowners. Enjoy all the facilities while sipping a cocktail on the balcony overlooking the Perth city and watching the sunset. This area caters for 80-100 people.
Riverside Lawn

The Riverside Lawn is fully licensed with a bar, making it a perfect Summer time venue where guests can mingle and enjoy drinks by the river on a balmy evening. You also have the option to hire a large marquee and style your dream event. The venue offers experienced event planners to assist you with your party details and suppliers.
Mounts Bay Sailing Club is a great place to host a private party with both indoor and outdoor spaces for hire. The venue offers free parking for up to 70 bays and it is only a 15 minutes drive from Perth’s CBD.
